Motivated by love, Elder Joseph of Vatopedi recorded the answers to the questions and dilemmas of some of our beloved visitors to Vatopedi Monastery on Mount Athos. Years later these “discussions" have become volume five of the Holy Mountain Series. This book is somewhat of a catechism of the ascetic and spiritual life. It covers a variety of topics ranging from creation and early man up to man's sanctification and deification, which Elder Joseph, who, from his own firsthand experience, masterfully touches on with great ease.
