In a briki (traditional coffee pot), add 75ml of water and 1 teaspoon of ground coffee (~7g).
Place the mixture over medium heat and add as much sugar as desired.
As soon as the coffee sinks into the water, stir three times slowly and let it brew.
When the coffee starts to foam, remove the briki from the heat, tap it lightly twice on the counter, and serve from a height.
FAQs
Filter coffee is lighter and more aromatic, greek coffee has a strong flavor and thick foam, while espresso is concentrated and bold in taste and aroma.
Our coffee is made from carefully selected natural beans, roasted to bring out their full aroma and balanced flavor.
Keep it in a cool, dry place, sealed tightly to preserve its aroma and freshness.
For filter coffee, use about 15 g per cup for a rich and aromatic brew. For espresso, use 7–9 g per shot to achieve perfect balance and intensity. For greek coffee, use around 7 g for authentic flavor and a smooth, creamy foam.
It depends on your taste preferences for intensity, aroma, and brewing method. Choose filter coffee for a mild flavor, or espresso/greek coffee for a stronger character.
